The Tradition of Excellence Continues!
Beach Cities Robotics won the “Build Award” for technical excellence and the “Programming Skills Award” for programming
excellence at this past Saturday’s VEX Clean Sweep Competition, once again earning a spot at the 2010 VEX Robotics World
Championship. Redondo students Sebastian Miller-Hack and Alek Munoz were active contributors to the design and assembly
of this year’s robot (dubbed “Charlotte” for its colorful web—check it out
Alek also assisted with running the event by leading field reset between matches and acting as a referee for finals.
